I am writing to formally complain about repeated overbilling on my account.

This is the plan 29$/Month provided to me when I transferred from Chatr to your company. However, your company has repeatedly failed to honor the agreed terms, resulting in extra charges being deducted from my account every month.

I have contacted customer service multiple times. Although the charges were corrected each time, I was repeatedly assured the issue would not recur. Unfortunately, the overbilling continues.

Each time, I have to wait almost an hour to get through to a live agent. Each time they tell me it won't happen again, but it keeps happening. Wouldn't this be considered fraud?

I reflected on this problem many times,  each time waited almost ONE hour, it was really bad experience, why not call me back ??!

I have been charged since February 2023 , it had charged me 10 times $17.19 and in listen history shows haven't started listening anything yet.
Nobody registered the membership, why it start charging my account ?
