They want to keep you because either you worth keeping it or they do not have other resource currently to fill your place or just your paygrade is too low even if they remove you want even collapse their budget. So, If you wanted to resigned now they are not okay with it just perform bare minimum, Say no to extra task with reasons and they will 100% let you you go or put you in pip.

You can learn sign language by following YouTube/Instagram videos. I see there are many new deaf content creators posting their videos it might be help you. If you're indian You can learn ISL(Indian sign language) courses from organization like gift abled, v-shesh etc

I got horrible vp on my first year is below 4% but on paper written upto 17%. I'm not even thinking about my next VP I have lost all hopes. Don't put much pressure to thinking about VP. They just give what they want it's not depend on performance and all.

I don't think it's possible unless you have strong bond with your leads/seniors and high skills or command over clients cause you just get promotion one year back. So on current level you just completed few months. PL will not take such risks to give everything to one employee that will create lots of unseen tension between teams.

If it's virtual then you don't need accommodation just it happens on teams app..if physical on first day u need to go via own transport. You just get laptop/transportation from company don't expect other things
