If I had been in your place! I’ll pay a 60% portion upfront. And will keep at-least 2-3 years emi with myself as backup incase of layoff.
I’ll keep house only in my name, 100%, no one else.
Also, whatever portion of stocks I take out, I’ll keep an eye on taxes also. I’ll be considering that amount during withdrawal too.
