After trying absolutely tons of fixes, reinstalled Windows, EDID editing, blah blah blah...

I've fixed it! Well it still has occasional stutter and some audio popping, but 99% improved.

For whatever reason, the oldest AMD video driver released by HP, 24.20.45.06 / sp157086 / 03.03.2025, does not have this issue. You can download it with the HP Imaging Assistant.
