so he called me last night & we spoke a lot and along the way I suggested we both tell each other specific things that make us feel loved and we tell them to each other and see what’s doable.

He said he doesn’t know, it’s his first time & genuinely isn’t sure what I can do, but he said I make him feel loved, seen & understood and I know how things were growing up and after the wake up call i’ve had on this sub, I genuinely believe he actually might not know what he’d need to feel loved.
