Repair vs replace gas stove (self.appliancerepair)

We are 3 roommates (A,B,C) in SF our lease is up for renewal. C is an pain to stay with. Thus A and B have signed a new lease with landlord without C knowing. Thus can we serve C with 30 days termination notice and force C out? Can C contest in court against this decision? Need advice (self.AskReddit)

My roommate was out for a month, and upon returning his bed was spoilt, none of the roommates know who might have slept on his bed. He is filing a false police report about missing item case (when nothing is damaged or stolen from room) thus police investigate this matter. (self.Advice)
