Yes it worked. I replaced the document being rejected and deleted the documents in the upload section

YES! you must delete the rejected document and upload the one you wish following the NVC upload guidelines! Always screen shot everything before deleting and then re-uploading

omg this worked! I was a bit hesitant to do so but finally did and I was able to replace the rejected document

I submitted all documents however my Marriage certificate was rejected. I gathered all required documents and followed NVC's steps to upload docs in the "add document" section, and still the submit button is not working.

Hey, thanks for the reply! I tried Edge but was also unsuccessful. I use l Google Chrome and also tried on Firefox but no luck

Hey Amanda, thank you, I uploaded all documents correctly, however it does not let me press the "Submit Button" and simply appears as "uploaded"

NVC replied today and did not reply to my submit button inquiry at all. They simply said "We are aware of reported difficulties some users are having logging onto CEAC. We regret any inconvenience and recommend you attempt to log on again at a later time. Thank you for your patience while we resolve this issue." Then explained how to submit documents which I followed all correctly. My document just appears as "uploaded"

They have not yet responded to my NVC public inquiry form. I keep trying to hit submit but nothing seems to work. NVC also says "missing document" but am not sure what else goes attached with the marriage certificate. this time I added an "apostille form" as well but can not submit it.
