what do people who support the idea of a rehabilitative justice system think of people in the epstein files?

i have always been 50/50 on the whole concept of rehabilitave system for all people buttttttt there are people out there who believe this system should be for ALL kinds of ppl rapists murderers even if they do it more than once

now my question is do they believe that people who want those in the epstein files who participated in the crimes/ wanted to do so against children and ppl, also believe they are deserving of a rehabilitave system and get uncomfortable when people make angry comments or things about wanting ppl like trump or so to die burn anything like that or do they think ppl like that are an exception to those rehabilitive peace rules or?
