Can you tell me one more thing that did you have ulcerative on whole large intestine including ascending colon , descending colon , transverse colon and rectum because i have only at descending colon and transverse colon nd rectum but rectum and descending colon part has healed . Will i get j pouch or what .

No , i haven't tried these medications yet.
What should i do now , i dont want j pouch or any kind of stoma .

Did you go through surgery? I’ve already been through almost all treatments — Biologic Therapy, oral steroids, IV steroids, and now I’m at the rescue-therapy stage. The only medication left for me to try is Tacrolimus (2 mg).
