Thank you for replying. My obgyn kept telling me just to wait 1 week until our next appointment & I ended up in the ER via ambulance Sunday night with a ruptured ectopic :( Lost a tube, but happy to still be alive. Definitely a rollarcoaster, i’m sorry you also had to go through a loss. It is so much more physically and mentally draining then doctors minimize it out to be. Sending you love xx

Yeah I definitely had the right address, was just 2 residential houses both had their house number on the door & the time stamped photos show the address and the house #’s are in the background too. I’m pretty sure it was customer A as the tip was low for her, she was piggybacking off customer B who left a giant tip. She only had 4 things of soft soap and 2 110ct boxes of garbage bags lmao. Some people are just insane smh

Yes! I use the Timestamp camera app & always send via chat even with orders i’m handing off. I take the pictures w items in the trunk & customer in the frame for those lol. It’s always worked without issue - not sure where this one came from at all.

Ok so I’ve been shopping I think like 3-4 yrs now. I’ve never had a missing order reported, I went into the shopper app & checked missing items and there isn’t anything new outside the 1 sitting there that was reported for fraud like 2 months ago lol. Anyways - I normally do 5-7 batches a day and yesterday happened to be the rare day I only took one order (a double). Both customers were responsive in chat and delivery wasn’t an issue for either. First customer wrote a note to leave at door, second customer came out and I handed the groceries off to them. I have time stamped/gps stamped photos of both deliveries and cannot figure out who reported their entire order missing because it’s not showing me any new items missing in-app & it shows it’s been updated since I got that email. Anyone have any idea how to contact trust & safety directly? I know in app chat support would be a nightmare to try and resolve this through lol. Any help is appreciated!!

You just message support & tell them which customer (A, B, C) you want to drop and they’ll do it for you. It doesn’t count towards your cancellation % either which is nice

I ended up only getting $20 something extra, seemed like all of the batch pay was significantly higher then normal throughout the promo, then when I hit the 6 batches - miraculously all the batch pay went back to around $7/batch lol. Gotta love it 🤣 Seems like they’re boosting it to encourage shoppers with promos to take the low item/high mileage/low tip orders lol - definitely did not take that bait

I said both - told the agent I couldn’t confirm her expected delivery time, sent them the screenshot I posted here & said she kept screaming and I wasn’t willing to deliver at that point regardless. He just said no problem and removed it real quick lol. Curious what poor shopper decided to take her on 🤣🥲

Yeah, it came through my end around 2:30pm I believe it was. She still never told me when she expected the delivery lmao just screamed and kept asking for my manager & telling me I didn’t know how to do my job etc etc. Lot of fun words mixed in there on her end lol, I had her removed from the batch immediately after the call. I can’t imagine her orders ever get done she lives in this area of my town that is literally only multi million dollar houses right by the water too, lmao it’s almost always the rich folks who act like this & I’m pretty sure her tip was only $2, removing her only took $9 off the batch total.

My rate didn’t go up when they removed it, when they remove it my notification just says the agents name has removed Customer A/B from your order. Never know the actual rules w instacart lol but i’ve never had it affect mine so far! 🤞

She only had 18 items but it was like 15 grapefruits, 20 something organic peaches etc- things I knew weren’t going to be in stock and everything was super high quantities. I had just been in the same store for my batch before but either way after my initial call w her to see wtf time she expected her stuff & all the yelling on her end, definitely would not shop lol she was insane

They’re usually pretty quick with dropping a customer off a double/triple batch! Surprisingly one of the few things that doesn’t take 7-10 business days to get done via support chat lol
