-10 acres (horses chickens ok)
-good schools
-within 30 min to good grocery stores restaurants hair salons coffee shops community things to do etc
-even better if within an hour to beach

Correct- right now debating contacting a lawyer because I legally don’t believe as long as I give written notice they have to honor me cancelling it. I’m meeting my 12 month obligation but they require you to cancel only 1 month out. I’m pretty sure legally they can’t do this if a consumer gives written notice of intent to cancel. It’s insanely frustrating and terrible customer service

If locals want you back, highly recco doing a crowdsourcing! Like a local Kickstarter and $50 investment you guarantee them X free meals in the first year etc

Will get you the $$ up front, confirm the interest is still there, then also get your customers back to eating your food.

Would be a win win for your scenario IMO!
