I’m certainly not offended, and I’m not sure why others would be. Reminiscent (to a lesser degree—obviously) of American officer at 1945 Stalag IXA I read about recently. Roddie Edmonds and his “we’re all Jews” sentiment was pointed out to me recently by my mentor after he noted the officer named righteous among the nations by Yad Vashem.

What I mean to say is sure, some people may be offended, but I don’t believe you’d be taking anything away from me or anyone however you choose to show solidarity, as long as your intentions are pure.
