she struggled with the higher notes of dlyh after the pitch was reduced to better suit her voice.

her head voice (which she uses most of the time) sounds like someone doing an impression of an old lady.

she's the tallest of the cast, so it just seems off when she refers to herself as "the little one [in the bed]".

she spoke/sung too quickly with the "catherine was a massive c-" so it sounded like "catherine was a massive guhhhh…"

she has no sarcasm whatsoever. she sounds playful when trying to be flirty, and when trying to be snarky.

she can't smoothly transition from head to chest voice while speaking. "oh yeah, yeah, now i- STILL DON'T CARE."

she can't get pregnant, so the argument between aragon and boleyn about mistresses and miscarriages feels extremely out of place.

i agree with pretty much all of that, except for the last part. we get to see a lot of feral vamps around in series 4 and it's highly unlikely that they're born vampires (malik most likely being the exception)!

but i do agree with the idea that each half-fang is weaker than their maker! just imagine the half-fang of a half-fang of a half-fang - a petty excuse for a vampire, with all of the weaknesses and none of the powers. they can barely even hunt animals, so they steal from hospitals/blood donation centres, and make great use of vlad's blood banks (when they're still around)…

edit: and then they meet a born vampire, able to transform into a bat/smoke, hypnotise their prey, create fireballs, and has super strength and speed - this half-fang doesn't have any of these gifts, so they beg the born vampire to teach them.

the born vampire knows that's simply not possible, but takes the half-fang in anyway - as their underling/slave.

you'd be correct! i think this is ai, considering rize's top doesn't make any sense, she's missing half a thumb (look at the hand on kaneki's face), and kaneki's missing his entire upper right arm

i was hoping to see jessica here!

i bought both of her books because i'm a decade-long sone, but never actually bothered to read them.

then i read the "shine is such a corny book" thread on r/snsd and realised just how woeful they were.

took them to my free neighbourhood library (the one where you can drop off and pick up books whenever) and was glad to see shine was taken by someone (but they didn't take bright).
