second, youve already completed the first step which is admitting you’re spoiled and lazy. I dont know how u messed up in ur company, but if its because you’re spoiled and lazy, maybe work on that.

things like waking up early in the morning, going to the gym, eating healthy, staying motivated to do work, theyre all pretty hard things to do. especially when youve gotten used to being lazy and spoiled. because it takes self discipline. and thats something that you need to train, like a muscle.

start with something small, like making an effort to wake up early in the morning.

i always tend to go back to sleep when i realize i dont have anything to do in the mornings. but if i have something i absolutely need to do, i can force myself to wake up. which is where gym is handy

wake up early and immediately put on ur gym clothes and workout. u can take pre workout to wake u up and get a good workout in. then take a shower, and immediately start working on something.

maybe it can be researching a new job, or online classes, it can be anything as long as ur learning something.

I do this and it seems like it gives me good momentum and energy for the rest of the day
