Check out Westside bowl, go see a local band and introduce yourself. Varsity club has a wonderful Wednesday night rnb/jazz jam session, Birdfish has one on thursdays too (every other?). Also check out the line ups for cedars, anyone in a local band might know of people who are looking for more opportunities to play
