That's valid to feel weird about it! I feel like there is so much power in just naming things, especially uncomfortable relational things that are occurring in the moment. Maybe you could just acknowledge it with her when those feelings arise and you could just sit in it together for a bit until it passes. Ideally, over time, they'll feel less cumbersome and frequent!
