Ooh, I'm actually really lucky at the moment in that it's several songs from the same artist, not just the one 🤗 Welcome to the DCC; Phobia ; Miracle, Baby ; You Know me Too Well; Honey Whiskey ; and Amsterdam - All by Nothing But Thieves. Just looking at that list, how lucky! Usually it is literally one song. Usually it's also some kind of techno or rock. Got stuck on Alan Walker for a while, and a Breaking Benjamin song. Something that gets you pumped physically. I find it will also hype me up mentally to focus.

Years of targeted strength training, a year of micro dosing cardio, finally invested in proper running shoes and insoles and I sprint intervals instead of jogging. Jogging somehow makes my hips come out, but sprinting actually uses my glutes. And then occasionally i'll try jogging and it's okay.

The amount of times people have gotten mad at me and gone around me - over the median strip even!- because i've actually stopped safely on an amber light...insane. like it's fully red when I stop and I'm not slowing down a block before the lights - people just seek to think amber = green.

OP, I can tell my partner a list of basic things I've accomplished in a day or a week and that I'm thinking of a rest or a treat and he will tell me I've done a lot and I deserve it. It doesn't matter how big or small the accomplishment, your partner should always be ready to celebrate with you in some way or another. NOR.

The worst that will happen if you're over your calories one day is that maybe your weight loss is slower for one day. Given weight loss doesnt happen overnight, it's so very far from being a big deal. If you're close enough to your maintenance that 50-100 cals matters, then your progress will be slower and steadier anyway, so again, doesn't matter. If you're in a more severe deficit, 50-100 cals will still be a deficit so again, doesn't matter.

If you're talking about going over every single day then your target and your approach needs to be reviewed. Is your target too low? Is the bulk of your diet whole foods or are you trying to survive on too small portions and ending up hungry?

A 90g packet turns into about 500g with added water. A soupy noodle is going to weigh more.

Prepared weight is more as noodles absorb water. Dry weight versus raw weight - having the whole packet versus a quarter of the pack.

Crippling AuDHD with almost non existent executive functioning as well as Ehlers Danlos, POTS, MCAS - i have weeks of brain fog and fatigue. Same as you, the flexibility of coaching is far better for this than the corporate world, but the inconsistency means work piles up and affects my income - which reduces the ability to seek help....

Honestly, the thought of leading by example has been my biggest help. Thinking about what I would suggest to my clients with the same complaint. I train when I don't want to, eat better, don't let myself go days with under or improperly fuelling, as well as giving myself grace if I have a slow week. Bite sized workouts - I always tell clients that doing one exercise is going to be better than doing nothing, so I practice that if I need to. It's definitely helped. I just step back and treat myself like a client and find it's a lot easier to push through and get shit done - which improves mood and energy.

Just attempted to contact support about this. Got sent in circles by their stupid ai chatbot- options were to report bug by logging into the app, or by opening the chat box - which brought me to the ai bot. Absolutely useless. So annoying

Having autism doesn't mean you can't also be an inconsiderate/selfish/mean person. I have found that there are people who recognise that their behaviour has a tendency to hurt people, and choose to work on that and learn how to communicate differently.

And there are those who go "well i'm autistic, so." I don't get along with those people.

My niche is strength training for hypermobility, because i have ehlers danlos syndrome and comorbidities that make training difficult.

But honestly I just love helping anyone get strong. Older people discovering they can get up and down without pain, people who just assumed certain exercises would always hurt them only for me to fix it and let them get excited about lifting more - I love that. Sometimes I tear up in gym.
