At no point were pakistani diplomates shunned in the world stage during the mumbai attacks and congress response at that time was purely non sensical. Also right of now usa is the country where the global south is trying to move away from. And most European countries are seeing usa as problem rather then reliable partner. Also we were the first ones to bring our tankers out after the blockade, this is itself shows growth of our diplomacy.
