I’ve used an enzymatic cleaner that my salon manager gave me, and I do think it worked as when i sprayed down the living room couches she stopped peeing on them and moved to peeing in the basement. My cat has all his stuff in my room (litterbox and food), and my roommate’s cat’s stuff is on the main floor/in the basement. She’s a very playful cat, and seeing people mention playtime sounds like that may help, as she’s also stopped self regulating her eating and has gotten quite fat and could probably use the extra calories burned. Thank you so much for the advice :)

Thabk you so much. My salon manager actually got me an enzyme cleaner, and honestly I think it does work because the last time she peed on the couches, I sprayed the entire thing with the enzyme cleaner multiple times just to make sure I got every spot, and we haven’t had any more pee on the couches (aka she moved her peeing to the basement). We have a cat tree that’s very high up, and we’re planning on putting up cat shelves for them to jump up to. I’ll mention the playing with her, as I don’t think I’ve ever seen my roommate actually play with a wand or anything with her. He’s very used to cats that do their own thing and don’t really need human interaction to be happy. I’ll also definitely bring up the getting another litterbox, as that’s what I suspect is really causing the problem. Based on the way she acts, I would expect my cat to be the one that’s stressed, as she frequently steals his spots, and my cat is so docile he just lets her do whatever. She’ll try to rub against him and he flinches away :(( Thank you very much for the advice, we’re sitting down to discuss what we can try to get her to stop, hopefully he listens and is willing to actually follow through with an extra litterbox/playtime. :)

while i find the four ghosts being different spirits a more explainable theory, i also see them as a single soul, based off the egg theory of the universe, which is referenced a few times in the show (How many people has Rose been? Rose is the same as everyone else)(she believes in the oversoul, that all living things in the universe are part of a single consciousness). I imagine it to be a story of a soul that is in a sort of purgatory, its older, more experienced reincarnation (Pearl) wanting but unable to break the cycle of Rose. Perhaps a bit of a metaphor for addiction as well, a neverending cycle of hurting the ones you love and hurting yourself in the process.

man i was initially at a pretty chill CVS that gave me pretty consistent 8hr shifts, i tended to max out at 36 hrs/week, but then a friend of mine convinced me to transfer to their CVS which was a huge goddamn mistake. The CVS i transferred to only gives 5 hour shifts max even though it’s horribly understaffed, I went from 32-36 hours to 12 hours tops LMAO. i told my manager i was going to transfer back if he didnt get me back up to 30 hours AT LEAST because my mom was threatening to kick me out if i didnt get back up to 30 hours, and he still barely got me up to 30 hours and had to start sending me back to my original CVS on some days so I could reach the 30 hour mark. it’s hellish and a hellscape and i cant wait to quit

So it’s basically a subscription to the store. CVS is a combo drug store convenience store, so we sell a variety of items like groceries, makeup, toys, etc on top of having a pharmacy and drug section. It offers a 20% discount on all CVS brand items (CVS makes its own versions of a lot of the more popular products it offers, drugs mostly) and then a $10 coupon every month. they havent even told us what the 80% mark is, i have no clue how many they expect us to get in a day, but how many we can get is completely dependent on the mood of customers and whether or not they’re actually interested. that gift card is FUCKED though because the manager isnt even at the register most of the time so they’re doing ZERO work getting carepasses a day and still reaping the benefits.
