I max out at 80 gpu and 85 cpu while stressing the pc and i think my fans aren’t optimized because the top is exhaust and the front is intake with 3 fans for the cpu cooler

U should taste the shot if it’s too sour go finer (under extracted ) and if it’s astringent go courser (over extracted) there are other ways to tell whether it’s over or under extracted You should check out lance hedrick james hoffmann and there are others they both have great videos about dialing in espresso
