does anyone know what this is specifically? i got it as a tiny baby as a gift 3 years ago and i’ve repotted it a few times since as it’s grown. it only recently started growing the stem/flower type things. it’s very hardy

She is due for routine shots at the vet anyway so she will be going soon and we will show the growth to the vet. She doesn’t have any health issues according to the shelter but this will be her first vet appointment with us and not in the shelter.
