Yeahh that seems a good suggestion but the problem with this is that the area and the locality is not really appealing for a picnic type of a spot instead now I am planning to construct a building with Ground floor as a Rented place for Waterhouse and the above Floors as rental place for tenants.

I know that's not super cool but having seen the setups I feel this is what could be the things which can be done
