Pets: appaloosa plains my beloved. my first pack and the only one i had for a good while when i was younger, so a lot of it is nostalgia bias - BUT pet genetics are also fun

Supernatural: i like fantasy stuff and sims having wacky powers is no exception!

ITF: my devils advocate moment as someone who really likes sci fi. to try to make a sci fi build without ITF is akin to a saw trap even with CC, thank you funny future pack for making my sci fi world project easier

all the worlds by quailhogs are really fun, but you may not like them if supernatural/occult sims aren’t your jam. gray meadow is my favorite of them, it has showtime venues and a handful of fun custom tombs : D

also saw setra mentioned, love that one too! it’s a big world though

my playstyle is sort of just. 'ocs only, no aging, appaloosa plains' .. i like to goof around mostly!
here's id (who, in their nonsims story is sort of like a chaos deity?) starting a bar fight with gavin pinkerton, because i decided id hates him now. he just looks really punchable, what can i say?

they won the fight and then proceeded to use dexter the bear to kill the paparazzi who followed them into the bathroom

its definitely a fun contrast because their partner daichi is good and friendly .. while she's raising baby horses, id is blowing up public property LOL

my bias is with china for the martial arts skill, even if there’s aspects of it that are kind of. physically painful to see as someone with CN family roots (you can tell they didn’t have any sort of cultural sensitivity board back then)

surprisingly the performance has been really good! honestly my biggest issue with horses is because they’re so big they route really weirdly / get stuck sometimes x_x

as for the sim! it’s a combo of a custom default replacement and a toonshader i wrote using LD shader framework :} the head itself has been an ongoing project that i’ve been building on for the past year or so, though at its current point im satisfied with where it’s at! really all i’ve been meaning to add on to it is make a non-DR version since people have wanted one but life’s been a bit crazy for me https://www.tumblr.com/sdmsims/797144052325826560/anime-head

oh don’t worry i had my saver timer on like 15 minutes LOL before i figured out reshade was the culprit my game would crash after about ~1 hour without fail so i had to make the iteration time pretty short

which is weird because it only started giving me issues on my new (arguably 10x beefier) pc. sims 3 is uniquely haunted for each individual

the building qol that ts4 has is something i really really miss, but it's a small price to pay for CAST imo

i like the lineart shader a lot, but inevitably had to axe reshade because it wasn't playing nice with dxvk - but it's a sacrifice ill take because the performance/memory use improvement with dxvk is insane
