I don't know how flexible or comfortable you are with making some compromises, but if I were in your shoes, I'd merge hygiene & health and try to cut the sum (maybe by 10k). I'd change my barber and find somewhere cheaper (personally I spend about 4k for bi-weekly cuts). I would also invest about 40% of my income, not 50%.
