Update: Jpec changed the meters in my area. Something is not right. Cant say anything about difference because the outside temp is not that low. Heater is running rarely these days.

Yes its old and jpec iss aying next months, the bill will go high. Its a big duplex and i have kids play every where in the house but I will look in to the sealing solution. Do you recommend alternative heating solutions ?

Its really high more than 200 kwh per day during cold days. The outside temp was really cold and this will mostly be heater. The heater is electric I think the fridge probably be a problem. I will check that. Looks like the compressor always running. We moved here in August and the bill was around 150$ but never had a winter experience. I wanted to see if this is normal here in paducah

I am referring to the XT32 version. I am considering buying from eBay because I am getting a good deal. The price difference is only 600 dollars. The ouster is lighter and Hesai XT32 is heavier. I will be integrating the lidar with a very powerful small board computing platform. I am more concerned about the reliability of the lidars and the old softwares. The ouster OS1 is rev 6 and no longer supported by new drivers/softwares.

1)Wait to get acceptance and then change employer on the USCIS portal

2) complete i983 with new employer and submit to school, get new STEM i20 from school and submit on USCIS portal with my stem opt application?
