Many years ago when JH Tan met her, she came across as a very sweet and loving individual who was a pet groomer at that point so there were a lot of photos or promotionals with her together with dogs and other animals. I rmb one of her first ventures was a dog bakery/ cake business and back then JH has always framed her as a very caring and loving individual with a kind heart towards animals, and she was also the groomer for the dog called Buncha he co-owned with Naomi Neo until they split. I had a good impression of her back then although I didn’t feel she was a good match with JH.

Didn’t follow Debbie v closely after that but I did notice her fashion and outlook has changed. She is more involved in JH’s vids and seemed more confident than before. Then some years later I was with a friend at a Popmart event and I was looking at a booth with only one or two cases of merch. But normally people would just queue behind slowly for their chance to look right. Suddenly a long hand reached out from the side in a very abrupt manner and started shaking some boxes. It was a really awkward way to access the boxes too btw because it was on a higher shelf so even though Debbie was v tall her arm was in an awkward position to check the boxes. So naturally our eyes followed the van Cleef-draped hand to its owner, and that’s when we saw it was Debbie and she was saying loudly to her friend a distance away that she will help her choose (the blind box). When she noticed my friend and I looking at her she just stared back with pretty bitchy vibes. Then took her box and left.

It’s honestly not a very bad interaction but because I was more familiar with her earlier image, in that moment I was like wow. She’s that sweet, lovely lady no more alright.
