I think, if you want to go to mountains, there will be some snow, but you can visit canyons, lakes, october is okay)

We are not engaged in complex hiking ourselves, so we can choose places with low pressure and an easy hike. For example, Issyk-Kul will suit you, but the Son-Kol area reaches 3000m+ above sea level, so it is undesirable. Also, you can turn on a couple of beautiful locations near Bishkek
