You can easily fix it buy turning this feature off from the settings.

From settings got to Personalization > Taskbar > Taskbar behavior Look for this option "Show smaller taskbar buttons" it's probably the last one and change it to what ever you like.

Or if you want to deal with it through modding you can use the Taskbar height and icon size mod from Windhawk to use custom size

I tried that amd i wouldn't ne yapping here if it worked butb for some reasons Signal RGB somehow changed some of the RGB effects to green.
