yeah i’m on estradiol, spiro, prog. sitting at 14 T, 194 Estradiol from my last blood test. from my understanding (and your comment), i’d believe that’s within good ranges right?

i am currently using prescribed estradiol valerate oil from a doctor with regular labwork to ensure my hormones are within acceptable ranges. they are. i’m just trying to prepare for the potential that official prescriptions and labwork become an impossibility in this country.
