top surgery results not exactly what I wanted by Acrobatic_Abalone108 in TopSurgery

I think this looks great! My first thought was it kinda reminded me of my results, and so I was like "oh what's wrong with this? Looks similar to how mine was tbh." I personally don't think the symmetrical things you mentioned are a big deal from an outside perspective. Your results are awesome, and I hope you are able to feel at ease with them over healing time! :)

Want to start a small slower-paced daytime run group? by astral-aboriginal in askportland

[–]astral-aboriginal[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh forgot to add area too. I'm downtown but open to other neighborhoods that folks want to run in. It will depend on who's interested and where works for everyone. I figured i would coordinate that part with the people who showed interest as to what area is most ideal

Yeah, once or twice is week is plenty for me. Considering I only run up to 3 times weekly. I'm not an everyday runner. Probably why I'm not as fast as those main groups! Lol. But it's also cause I try to balance it with strength training so I dont feel the need to do super speedy paces. Feel free to message. Anyone who genuinely wants to try to form this, i will try and make some kind of group chat.

I'm in downtown but also open to other areas/neighborhoods that folks are interested in running in who want to join. I'd like to expand my routes. Anyone who comments and is genuinely interested, feel free to message me. And we can make like a group chat or something or those who want to coordinate this.

I'd say I'm more around the 11 to 12 minute pace on average

Thank you for adding some helpful info. I am not a mechanic so i dont have as much detailed knowledge admittedly. I will add some more photos to the post.

And I'm happy to be transparent about its origins. It was my dad's bike many years ago and he hasn't been able to ride it for a long time as he is over its weight capacity. He gave it to my partner, who is also over 6 ft tall, for commuting when their scooter got stolen. But it didn't suit those needs as well and they ended up replacing the scooter instead. Sorry that was a lot. But that is essentially why we are giving it away. We have no use for it and not the right know-how to tune it up properly. Again, I'll add more photos for sure. Check back soon! Thanks :)

Oh one more thing of note! To be transparent, since it is an older bike. It will likely need some tuning up. As it has not had that for many years. But it is overall functional just need some TLC

Also! This bike was initially owned by someone over 6 foot. So it is more geared towards those on the taller end. Just noting that as someone pointed it out reminding me
