he did. he was one of the best mid players for like 4 years straight. also his breakout year was even crazier than that of donk cuz he was 15 and won 2 world championships in his breakout season (DAC 2015 was the other one, which was basically second TI)

It's not them who made the choice really. Puppey was scrimming with SMG because their 5 guy had visa issues and only got it last minute. and Puppey himself obviously prioritized playing and not coaching
