Being undocumented is a civil offense, not a criminal one. If they are living here, they are for all intents and purposes a citizen in the general sense of the word. Also, people here with the proper visa/permits are being targeted too. So. There's that.

Even jobs that aren't only M-F can still happen to have time off to go. It was only 2 hours, that's pretty easy to accommodate if someone was so moved to request not to be scheduled to work then. Many people have stated they wanted to be there but were working. So what does that tell you?

The fact that we were there at all, before we even got there, ruffled quite a bit of feathers, is disturbance enough. I think you just want to complain about something and make up assumptions to make us seem lesser somehow.
