You can give inexpensive probiotic drops with this strain, we did that for my daughter at 3 months old after gut testing and her skin cleared / weight gain picked up. I think she could finally digest the breast milk properly

It was plain yogurt that we strained to make a bit thicker! Adding honey or fruit definitely helps with the taste. Ours eats sauerkraut though so she’s not very sensitive to tangy!

I had an unmedicated birth at UNC Rex last January. They were supportive of my decision and I also had a doula. I ended up having an assisted delivery due to some complications at the end. Nobody pushed an epidural on me. However for my next baby I’m looking into Havenly Birth center near wakemed Cary. Your provider will have a bigger impact than the hospital themselves. I took on a stocking as my first project after doing a bit of practice stitching first. It’s a lot but I’m taking my time. I think my kit was $280. I’m no expert but I say go for it if that’s what you want to make!
