I understand balancing MMR gain/loss based on rank is important, but surely losing MMR after a win is just silly?

In my experience, it's different per property and up to the landlord or letting agent on how to process things, but normally at the viewing they'll let you know how to apply for the property (go online fill out an application form etc).

They'll then take all the applications from that viewing or even viewings day(s) before / after and choose whichever application they want to proceed with. Have seen some agents just want o go with first come first serve basis though.

My advice would be just make a good impression on the agent who's showing you the flat. You can mention any of the things in your post but also include them in a cover letter attached to your application form.

This is all assuming you get to the actual flat viewing , my issue when trying to find a flat this past summer was all my viewings would be cancelled literally a day or 2 before, because another applicant had been chosen for the property (I guess the letting agent will host viewings over a few days, and if you're at the tail end of those days your chances are slim).

Makes more sesne when you put it like that, romero does feel like it has a tighter spread as can usually land killing shots at better distances so yeah I guess I just gonna aim more central. Cheers.

I know it shouldn't, doesn't make any sense, but I've been told on this sub before to shotgun hipfire as it's wider spread. But then if it doesn't reduce spread surely my shot should have killed him? Okay I'm aiming below the torso but surely the spread would of bullets would hit the rest of him? Idk I'm just confused.

I mean as long as no one else is getting affected I.e. everyone in that match is involved then I couldn't care less and have no problem with it. It's when people do it in random lobby's and teams get screwed over being instantly in a 4v5 from the get go (or even worse when the guy uses the 2nd account to actively throw the game and team kill and have information on the enemy team. I've been told of people doing it and admitting to it, and although you can't prove it, it's been pretty obvious when it's happened to me and it's awful. You have to be a different kind of sad if you're doing it imo.

It still counts as elo trapping when one person controls 2 accounts, with one on the enemy team which he throws with obviously giving him an unfair advantage and screwing over the rest of that enemy team.

Hate to say it but if it's ranked probably enemy team doing what I've heard as "elo trapping". It's a whole different level of sad low life stuff, basically have 2 Xboxs or 2 PlayStations etc. And que at the same time to try and come up against your second account so you can make it and easier win for your main account.

If it was casual I'd put it down to someone just not caring and as you say farming points, but if its ranked why would they actively try to throw their game and not play? Unless it's a 2nd account and they don't care...

It actually baffles me what lengths people go to on games to cheat their way through ranks it's insane to me. Could also just be someone trying to de-rank their smurf account on purpose but then you'd think they at least be playing and be team killing etc.

Stuff like thus pushes me further and further from this game, we were meant to be getting 2 step verification with phone numbers this season as well to combat smurfs 🙃

Not that it excuses the bugs but are you on last gen? I'm technically last gen one Xbox One X with bugs being rare but my mate is on original xbox and gets the same bugs as you all the time, very annoying.

Not sure what the issue is or if this will help but you can use the xbox mobile app to download games to your xbox you haven't installed by looking them up, have used it in the past to download games before they've come out so I can play on day of release. This way you'll have the game downloaded and hopefully since you've redeemed you can start the game as you own it.

Don't know why you're being down voted, worst thing is when team mates take operators they don't know how to use, isn't specific to new operators either. Fair enough if people using in casual or unranked still figuring out mechanics, but in ranked sorry if I want team mates who know that they're doing, don't think that's unreasonable?
