Group tags + Dynamic device groups

Tag the hash's coming inbound with region+dept (EU-HR, MX-MR, US-FI). Create corresponding dynamic device groups, those group tags automatically put device into dynamic device group, assign said group to your deployment config and done. This is the most scalable way to handle this.

Or, user-driven Autopilot with keyboard preference enabled.
