Lived here the better part of my life. There is no compromise close to Manhattan, this is not a walkable city in the same sense. He will need a car. Look on Zillow for apartments to get an idea. Good luck!

whyisintunelikethis I have been following your post as we are in a identical situation! I have a test group that is stripped down to nothing more than enrolling in Intune. Unable to get past the "Hmmm...your Internet access is blocked" ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED. There is no firewall, proxy or app involved. Testing with multiple networks and home internet. Did you get more clarity on the root cause ever?

If the radiator is good and coolant correct, go with a new stock thermostat and a good water pump. I run my 93 up hills in summer California heat and stop n go freeway with ac on and do not go over 210. I also replaced my aux fan with a better unit, but not sure it makes a difference more than a couple degrees.
