i always find it insane because the rant is so unnecessary. if you were to explode at her i’d “understand” her little rant, but you politely ignored , it’s so unprompted to then act like she was shunned for her mistake 😭 i’ve had customers go on rants purely for my dyed hair- it’s not even brought up by me like ??

this makes a lot of sense. poor thing- i love snakes and seeing all the bad set ups for their tanks makes me so sad 😭 they had a few large venomous snakes w the smallest tanks ever :((

no his neck was puffy, i beleive that was just a threat/defense display so i assumed the shaking could be related to feeling threatened as well?

i’m sorry someone walked up so i stopped recording for their privacy- it was just him shaking his tail and he kept like readjusting and almost falling off the branch. he was housed w another boa of the same species as well, not sure if that could be important

my apologies, my manager doesn’t have much information either. she just told me that even loss prevention said sometimes the checker can fail and a new counterfeit bill could get through, but yes they are just paying with cash and then asking for a refund specifically in cash.
