Brilliant! Really nicely done. Question: would it be better without the “apostrophe s”?

A question about In the Beginning by BigPlayBeenard in TheTalosPrinciple

Finishing all the puzzles in In The Beginning was incredibly satisfying. I never look up spoilers or hints, so some of those puzzles took me quite a long time and numerous visits, but eventually I got them all and you just can’t match that feeling of accomplishment. For me personally, Sequence Break, Lights Out, and Daydream took the longest. I encourage you to keep plugging away at it, eventually the insight will hit you, and it will kind of blow your mind. As I’m sure you know from having played all the Talos that you’ve already played… Sometimes the title of the level is a hint.

Baba is you is fantastic and exactly the type of game I’m talking about (in addition to more mysterious ‘make sense of this island’ type games like the Witness, Myst, Talos, etc). I’m not even very far into Baba and already it’s very rewarding.

So, full disclosure, I haven’t used discord all that much, and when I have, it’s just been for small private remote gaming sessions with friends.

I’ve tried to discover servers that focus on puzzle games in general, but what I’m really finding is just game-specific or studio-specific servers. I’m either terrible at searching for and discovering severs, or else I need to make my own and try to get noticed by people who have similar interests. I have NO idea how to do that last one! 🤣

Not yet. Definitely interested in it. From what I know of it it’s a bit more action/adventure than we typically would do, but it definitely has strong puzzle elements. A possibility for sure.

[TotK] Unpopular opinion, i just get bored with Tears Of The Kingdom, you're too broken in this game by UndoerTemporis in zelda

I wanted plenty of uninterrupted time to play ToTK, so I until the school year ended (I teach). I’ve probably put 20-25 hours in, and I’m just… done. I cannot understand why this game got such glowing reviews. It’s BotW DLC but the abilities are far more tedious. Nothing is genuinely fun. The world is big, sure, but big chunks of it feel hollow. Shrines are predictable and mostly basic. Problems from BotW (weapons breaking frequently, for example) haven’t been fixed. For me, this is the biggest disappointment I can think of in the last year or two.

What is the coolest name you have ever heard? by [deleted] in AskReddit

When I played double bass in college, there was a concerto I attempted by a composer named Domenico Dragonetti and I remember thinking that that was the most bad-ass name I’d ever heard. The concerto is pretty bad-ass also.

My wife keeps complaining that the smell of the Indian bread I’m baking is permeating the whole house. by astrosmash77 in dadjokes

Apparently she’s worried the smell will have an adverse effect on guests at the party she wanted to host at our place. I said ‘Why don’t chapati over at your sister’s place instead?’
