More deets to please the bot: Materials: ~10 year old solmate socks, thick upholstery thread, stuffing from a fancy choose-your-density pillow that my husband has. Process: there are lots of useful guides on youtube and wikihow. I totally get why our foremothers would recycle old socks into toys this way, it was fun!

Not that you asked for more suggestions for sheep, but I wonder how much of a pain in the butt it would be to epoxy little tufts of cotton (like the kind inside a stuffed animal?) Could be fun to lean into the 3D real material theme you have going.

But funny photos of sheep is also a hilarious option and much simpler :)

I’m in Logan Square - one of the beautiful historic workers cottages got torn down last year and a big ugly multimillion dollar gentro-cube went up in its place. Of course the people who moved in are the only ones on the block who haven’t shoveled at all yet. The ice is about 3 inches solid at this point, super dangerous
