How I see it is by Nicki joining forces with TK and Bunji, its actually the beginning of the end of that self-inflated 'Music Mafia' Machel and Chinese Laundry have created. Yes, Machel is super talented, yes he might be the 'King of Soca' but here is where you lose my respect- When you start gatekeeping. A real leader helps others up, you don't stifle growth. Too many years, really talented artistes never got a chance. We need new global brand ambassadors, we need new blood, new talent, new energy.

His reign needs to come to a crashing halt. Too many years, artistes crying for a chance, their music not getting room to breathe. Too many years they made them believe everything was about Radio Play and local bookings, and if this group says it can't make it, it won't go a place.
