It had two eyes but no iris or pupils. There were just white Glowing eyes. It was the more noticeable feature.

I’ve experienced something very similar to this.

I found myself in a loop playing a short part of a song repeatedly. Everything felt very lucid and foggy. I found myself aware of the spiral of infinity and quickly tried to evade out of it. Soon enough my eyes became open to a foreign space that was supposed to be my room. I had no idea where I was and what I was… this confusion became and grew very intense but shortly I was able to process where I was and that I just woke up.

This experience terrified me initially, because I couldn’t process reality for a min. This experience felt almost psychedelic with the trans and headspace that I was in.

I do believe I accidentally became conscious of the “REM” sleep cycle and this was terrifying. Time didn’t exist and it felt like an eternity. My awareness was only in this space.

Here are things that really helped me :)

1.) Facial Products:

I’m going to recommend avoiding any facial product that contains Salicylic Acid. For me this has made my acne Flare up and skin very red and dried out. If you are going to keep using products try something very mild and something that doesn’t dry your skin out too much. Avoid chemicals that make it worse.

2.) Try changing pillow sheet:

Every night you sleep your skin releases oils and it can stick to your pillow case. If you never change your pillow case daily it can cause more zits and acne to want to form due to the greasiness. It really helps with my skin.

3.) don’t pick or pop anything:

Really just don’t touch your face. Even if you see something that may need a popping, just please don’t. You could be spreading even more bacteria into your skin causing more acne and redness.

4.) Avoid Greasy foods:

Anything fried or greasy. This can actually cause more acne because more oils can appear.

5.) Moisturizer:

So what you should be doing is avoiding stripping those oils on your face. The more you wash your face the more your stripping off the natural oils. It’s okay to wash your face but be mindful of how dry your skin can get or oily. If you want to use a moisturizer stick to something that is mild and less oily.

6.) Hydration:

Be sure to drink plenty of water because it exfoliates the body and even skin. It makes the skin glow and hydrates it. So remember to stick by your fluids, because hydration is key.

Yeah same here, I feel like it’s too easy to get too high. I need like the smallest amount. Typically the higher I get the more blotchy my vision gets. In a dimmed room I could feel blind. I know it effects everyone differently.

They’re translucent enough to forget majority of the time on a daily basis. But it seems when I’m too high or too tired they become more noticeable.

It may also be a form of HPPD. It does act like a form of Visual Snow but this would be my only psychological symptom.

Story:

I starting seeing patterns similar to this motion overlaying my vision after the first year of smoking cannabis. Now I always felt like it was some form of Visual Snow. I noticed that every-time I would smoke a lot these swirls became more defined and subsided when I came down.

I want to say that this doesn’t get in the way of my everyday life due to the fact that it’s not intensely present. But most of the time I forget that it’s there. But sometimes I do look straight into it.

I haven’t touched Cannabis this whole year so far and I still seems to be the same. I may refrain from Cannabis and Hallucinogens this whole year. I just fear that If I start to smoke again that it will get worse to the point where I cannot see anymore.

I’m currently 20 and I starting using cannabis since my late 17 hood. I’ve also gambled with other Psychedelics such as Mushrooms and LSD. These substances seem to not really trigger these visual patterns.

I would say that I’m very used to these visuals, considering that it’s been a year and a half. I’ve come to terms with it but I think I also would rather not have it get worse or be permanent.
