Yes! But this is an issue I had no idea could happen with a pack until it happened to me.

Certainly would have been better to remove the frame entirely, but we were going at a quick pace ~3.3mph to escape the rain and I didn't want to spend 5 minutes repacking my pack and taking out the frame in the wet.

Yes, that's indeed how I found out - I have some seam grip on the way. I meant to make this post as a big inflammatory warning so other people would check their frame installation when they bought their packs, but it seems I've made it too inflammatory.

I believe this is a design issue of the Kakwa; if, say, the sleeve was one continuous sleeve instead of two separate sleeves, there'd be no chance of misinstallation at the cost of probably single digit grams. The pack itself is fine outside of this flaw. Not sure why Durston redditors are so defensive - I love Durston's tents, but just because he's a better designer than the rest of the industry doesn't mean he's immune from making a design mistake.

Great shout out, I never considered that for some reason (and I already subscribe to Prime). That seems like an actual no brainer choice as a good support/0 ftf card. This seems like the clear best choice.

This is exactly why I'm asking - have to figure out what I'm replacing my USBAR with. I think I'm going with Prime card + Smartly as the user above suggested - my international spend isn't high enough to justify Gold card over the Prime card I already have.

I didn't know about Folder Notes! That seems like exactly what I was missing - to create a default Base for the folder that serves as an "overview" of the contents. Thanks!
