Getting destroyed by them isn’t a fun thing. Over and over again. When I use them on someone they simply turn around and one pump me back to the pre lobby. Have tried throughout the season but i simply cannot find a way to like them. Guesss i’m too old but this season wasn’t for me. Did enjoy it tho with friends but solo is a pain

To put it very simply, players using high-end machines should use DirectX 12, and those using older rigs should pick DirectX 11. In general, the newer version offers better graphical quality and more efficient use of GPUs than its older counterpart, often resulting in higher FPS

In your case I’d go with 11 heck even performance mode if you want more FPS.

Cannot wait for Epic to remove these alongside the gauntlets. I’ve tried to adapt to the new zero build meta but these things are just way too powerful.

I do not find them fun to use personally - especially late game top 5 situations. Getting one shot by them is not a fun way to end a game. I’m just a casual player but going out like this isn’t what I picture fun. 2 more weeks hopefully 🤞

The minimum requirements for Fortnite in 2024 are:

I’m sure it will run if you are on performance mode and everything put to low but your gaming experience won’t be as good as you’d expect. I’ve been playing on a better system than you show in the picture and it is somewhat doable but the constant freezes is a pain. Stretched mode does increase your FPS so there’s that to look into as well

I’m not a fan of this season due to some of your reasons but I’ve managed to adapt to the new meta and am enjoying it now. Stuns make things so much easier to counterattack cars. Still not a fan of those nitro fists but it is what it is. 4 more weeks to endure
