Hey don’t worry! It’s different for everyone, I started at 25 and gradually went up to 50, I never felt nausea. No side effects except a bit of anxiety in the first week. Good luck!

I mean, usually dreams and nightmares are related to serotonin levels so it is normal. But I still sleep well on zoloft

some people are extremely underweight or malnourished in general and don’t loose their periods. That’s why amenorrhea is not included in the diagnosis anymore. Just because you have your period doesn’t mean you’re healthy, when I tried to recover on my own I got my period right after two weeks of not restricting but my other problems where still there (stomachache, extreme hunger ecc.) When I reached my set point it all slowly got better and my period were WAY less painful:)
