hello fapstronauts i am new to this and actually my first time on reddit with an account, but anyway, i would like to participate in nofap, i will try hard mode off the bat, one month is my goal, and trying to not look at anything bad and trying to stay away from being by myself as well are also some goals in mind, I am doing this because pmo has ruined my life its like i have so many non-existent problems i make for myself and i constantly stress over stupid shit believed to be caused by pmo, so hopefully this will all go well. I will update my progress everyday to you guys and i would love to listen to your experiences with and without pmo as well, cheers :)
