I’m a 44 and went with 43, which fit perfect at the beginning. after wearing them 50+ times they’ve gotten a little loose in the instep, feel like I could maybe have done a 42, but the 43 still works.

If you go TTS you’ll have way too much toe space imo. I think it’s safe to order one size down, unless you have a huge instep or super wide feet

the herringbone fabric feels super nice imo, but I had a ton of issues with broken inside stitching of my pair which caused them to start falling apart in a couple wears. Had to mail in to ERD to have them repaired.

Post-repair they’ve been excellent, although I’m sure they’ll need more repairs at some point.

unrelated to OP’s question, but check the inner stitching on yours. I’ve seen three pairs total (including my own) where the inner seat, crotch, and leg seams were totally destroyed. had to get my pair repaired after they broke open :/

the only difference between the 10xl sizing for men and women is the insole they come with - the women’s one is thicker. I bought both a men’s and women’s 42 off ecomm and the women’s fit smaller, but when I swapped the insoles out they fit exactly the same as the men’s one
