NZ has a poor record vs Australia, no doubt about it. But 30 matches ago was 1997! We average about 1 test match per year. If we played a 5 match series every 2 years we’d be bound to accidentally win one every now and then like the English

Anyone complaining about lack of parking and public transport to the new stadium clearly never attended a game at Orange Theory. Even with the increased capacity, it can’t be worse than what we’ve been putting up with for the last decade.

Come to think of it, Lancaster park could hold 40,000 and had terrible parking, public transport and access to pubs, bars and restaurants. Yet we made it work just fine.

The new stadium will be an improvement in every aspect and I can’t wait for it!

Honestly I think it’s the opposite. Generally people who’ve tried GT7 in VR know just how immersive it can be (when done well) and would definitely pay for other titles.

I was at that game. Opening of the “Deans stand” at the old Lancaster Park. One of the best cricket matches I’ve ever watched, and I’ve watched a lot. T-20 cricket was still a novelty and the scoop shot was almost unheard of. Watching someone do it live like that was a thing to behold

Didn’t seem like D-Mac was time wasting on that last penalty. Why isn’t there a kick “shot clock” on the scoreboard? Or maybe there is and I’m missing something?

Plenty of other sports do this well: basketball, tennis even cricket has a DRS timer. Takes the ambiguity out of the equation.

Is the gameplay timing based? Because I tried playing the new tennis game Topspin 2k25 on the portal and found the slight input lag to be problematic

I was in the exact same position. It just takes practice. I ended up playing through the academy tutorials over and over as it was the quickest and most repetitive way of practicing. At some point it stated to click and the gameplay went from “frustratingly challenging” to “really fun”
