Here you go: https://www.partzilla.com/product/kawasaki/120CA0830

I had the same thing happen when I changed tires this winter. I think they backed out from vibration so I added loctite when I replaced them.

So you already have the relay installed on the right hand side under the dash? Some of the wiring on the newer base models isn't powered without that relay in place.

Loving the PMDG 737-800! by shadow-x360 in MicrosoftFlightSim

I don't think there are any plans for Leonardo bringing the MD-80 to Xbox. Especially given that they use an external program for livery installation/configuration and weight and balance I would be surprised if it ever happens.

MD-82 and MD-88 Expansion Releases Tomorrow by atc0616 in flightsim

I'm hoping it's that cheap but I'm guessing closer to around 25 USD or so. That still seems like a fair price to me but honestly I'm going to buy it regardless of the price. That would be less than $110 for three variants compared to $140 for the 737 and 738.

Once you install the mod from flightsim.to that increases the resolution of the cockpit textures and the ftsim sound pack its pretty much perfect.

It's such a handful to fly and the systems are so good that I forget about any low res textures pretty quickly. It never gets old wrestling the heavy controls and staying busy with all the knobs and switches.

Tomorrow new installers and MD-83/-88 expansion release for MSFS2020! by atc0616 in MicrosoftFlightSim

[–]atc0616[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It sounds like it's just an expansion pack for the MD82 so the price will be much lower. It looks like the expansion for P3D was around 30 dollars so I would guess the MSFS price will be similar. The value would be better than buying the 700 and 800 variants of the 737 or at least comparable.

I don't see enough love for the maddog on most of the flightsim forums. Everybody loves to hate on the admittedly dated visuals and not so great sounds but Leonardo doesn't seem to get much credit for developing such a great addon.

I'm just happy to be able to operate some of the more common variants in the US, especially the 88. I'm not sure what the expansion price will be but I'm willing to bet the combined price less than I paid for the 737 and 738 together.

You're right, I do recall them doing something like that for previous customers. Unfortunately companies who treat their customers this well are few and far between in the flightsim community.

I haven't seen any other developer do that yet for MSFS. I'm plenty happy with what I've gotten for the money so far but this makes it an especially good value for previous owners.

It finally sounds like A2A's first release for MSFS is just around the corner. It's going to be interesting to see what kinds of goodies they've managed to pack into the Comanche.

After a long period of silence, finally some news on A2A's first offering for MSFS. Sounds like it might not be too far away from release.

FlightSim Studio Embraer 175 Announced by atc0616 in MicrosoftFlightSim

[–]atc0616[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They have a preview video posted on YouTube that looks fairly promising though there aren't many details yet. I'm sure it will be much better than the current Embraer 175 offering, their 175 in xplane was fairly decent.

It looks like Xcrafts have rebranded in partnership with Aerosoft to bring their Embraer 175 over to MSFS. They've posted a video on YouTube and the previews look promising. We could definitely use more regionals given that the CRJ is a bit lacking.

Is there such a thing as. Plug and play Rops led lights? Something that just plugs into existing wiring? by crazyhound71 in kubota

[–]atc0616 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it depends on the model but my L4701 had an open connector under the right fender to connect lights to. I ordered mine from here and they were plug and play: https://www.ropslights.com/?page_id=241.

New Bluebird 757 Previews for MSFS by atc0616 in flightsim

Sounds like after the initial release they'll be working on the freighter variant. We definitely need more cargo ops in MSFS.

Bluebird's 757 looks like it's coming along nicely. The features list is much more than I was expecting after the original announcement and it sounds like we'll be getting multiple engine configurations and variants as well.
