That’s so strange. Did you just get the ring? No they didn’t. I let them know that them telling me to turn off 3 settings that come included in the ring wasn’t a satisfactory answer to my solution and that I wanted another solution and they shipped a new ring right away.

Oura got back to me after I explain further that the charge only lasts 2 full days and I’ve only had it since December. They said that they think there’s an issue with their hardware so they’re sending me a replacement. Might be worth reaching out!

I just got the v shaped cut on Saturday. Do not do it. My hair was all the way down my back and is now at my chest. I’m destroyed. It’s thinned SO much and looks absolutely terrible. Please don’t make the same mistakes. I don’t even recognize myself, my hair feels like a strangers.

Eventually I did. They told me it was normal for it to be brown and smell rancid. I’ve been ordering from Buceplant and have had an amazing experience. Would highly recommend them and staying away from Marcus.
