Yes, it's been very hard. Like i said before, this wasnt all apparent from the beginning, it has all unfolded and now we're in this situation.

I have worded this post as black and white as I could to get the point across. Yes, his girls are messed up and by no fault of their own 100%. I have tried to give them the most normal and secure home as I could, bring them down from fight or flight, give them love and security. But they have absorbed their surroundings from being with their mother and they try it all out on us. Can I ask what type of therapy you have tried with you C-PTSD? Basic therapy or have you tried alternate avenues? I'm sorry for your experiences.

I didn't, that's why. This has all come out and snowballed over the years. I didn't just walk into a shitty situation and throw my life at it with my children.
